Essential Exam Rule:

Paper-I marks determine the Merit List for Prelims qualification. However, you must also score at least 33% (66 marks) in GS Paper-II (CSAT) for your Paper-I to be evaluated.

Constitution, Political System,Panchayati Raj Public Policy, Rights Issues, and Governance.

Economic & Social Development

Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics and Social Sector Initiatives etc.

Environment & Ecology

General issue on Environmental Ecology, Biodeversity, and Climate Change- that do not require subject specialization.

General Science

Basic concepts of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Class 10 level focus).
